You will be reponsible for designing visually appealing creative designs for digital media and for print. This will include but is not limited to: logo's, corporate identities, magazines, annual reports, catalogues, brochures, banners, websites, social media elements, HTML mailers, branding etc.

Successful applicants will be required to write a series of tests to asses their skills.

Fluent in English

Excellent listening and communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Preferably a non-smoker

Apple Mac proficient

Advanced skills in Adobe indesign, illustrator and photoshop are essential

Proven graphic and web design experience with a strong portfolio

Experience writing, editing and crafting social media content

Creative and conceptual with confident design execution

Firm knowledge and experience with web standards, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Experience  in wordpress and a fast learner

Professionalism toward deadlines, time, costs and processes

Understanding of repro and print processes

Passion for graphic design, web design, typography and colour

Minimum three year graphic design/web design diploma

Advantageous

PHP experience and ability to build custom WordPress themes

Copywriting skills

Understanding of SEO best practices

Advanced repro skills

Internet and email marketing knowledge

Honours degree in graphic design/ web design

Personal Skills/Attributes

Creative and conceptual thinker

Focussed, dedicated, self driven and organised

Enthusiastic individual

Dynamic with positive attitude

Prepared to go the extra mile
